AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By downloading or using Beautify ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. ABOUT US

Beautify ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered beauty analysis and personalized recommendations.

2. SUBSCRIPTION AND USAGE

Users are entitled to one facial analysis scan per subscription period (1 week). Additional scans require renewal of the subscription or Superboost purchases.

3. FACIAL ANALYSIS AND DATA USAGE

When you upload images of your face, we:

  • Analyze facial features using AI technology
  • Provide beauty scores and ratings
  • Analyze facial characteristics
  • Generate personalized enhancement recommendations
  • Store data securely for service improvement

4. USER CONTENT AND PRIVACY

By uploading content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and analyze your images for the purpose of providing our services. We commit to:

  • Using your data solely for service provision and improvement
  • Protecting your privacy and personal information
  • Not sharing your images with third parties without consent
  • Allowing you to request deletion of your data

5. AGE RESTRICTION

Users must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

6. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

All purchases, including subscriptions and Superboosts, are:

  • Processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Subject to the respective platform's refund policies
  • Non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law
  • Automatically renewed unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date

7. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or any features at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time, with changes effective upon posting.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for other reasonable causes.

9. DISCLAIMERS

The App provides beauty analysis and suggestions for informational purposes only. Results are based on AI analysis and should not be considered professional medical or cosmetic advice. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of AI analysis or recommendations
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Specific results from following our recommendations
  • Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
